P.S. The birthday party went really well! It felt so weird throwing a party in my own honor. I made 3 cakes, and also served chips and a veggie platter, pop and tea/coffee/cappuccino/etc. A lot of my friends come, most of them with their kids, so it was quite the party-place. I got some lovely gifts and even got a phone call from Erwin during the party. He and the guys in the bush called to sing "Happy Birthday" to me on speaker-phone! How wonderful!
